When you create an account, we store your email address and (optionally) display name. When you generate a study pack we store the raw text you submit, the structured output, and metadata such as creation date.
Your content is used exclusively to deliver the service to you — generation, library access, exports, and AI tutor conversations. It is never used to train any machine learning model, internal or third-party.
Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Access is restricted by row-level security, so users can only ever see their own content. Our infrastructure runs on industry-standard cloud platforms with regular backups.
To deliver core functionality, we rely on the following processors: authentication and database hosting, AI inference, and email delivery. Each processor is bound by a data processing agreement that meets GDPR standards.
You may export, edit, or delete your data at any time from your account settings. To exercise additional rights under GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection), email privacy@studypie.co.uk and we will respond within thirty days.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session state. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
Questions about this policy can be sent to privacy@studypie.co.uk.
