By creating an account or otherwise using StudyPie ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity conducted through your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorised access.
You agree not to submit content that infringes copyright, violates law, or is intended to harass others. You agree not to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service.
Output produced by the Service is a tool to assist your learning. While we strive for accuracy, you remain responsible for verifying material before relying on it for academic submissions, professional advice, or other consequential decisions.
Paid plans renew automatically each billing cycle until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current paid period. Refunds are evaluated case by case.
You may close your account at any time from settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, StudyPie's aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
