Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free Sip is free and requires no payment details. Half Pie and Whole Pie are billed monthly in advance in pounds sterling, with VAT added where applicable and shown before you confirm. Prices on the pricing page are the current prices; we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before any increase affects your renewal.

Paid plans include a 14-day free trial of the full feature set. We email you before the trial ends. Cancel at any point during the trial and you are not charged.

• Cancel at any time from Billing in your account — no phone call, no retention process.
• Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Downgrading to Free Sip keeps your study packs, decks and tests; features above the free allowance become read-only rather than being deleted.

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days to cancel a distance contract for a refund. Because the service is delivered digitally and immediately, by starting a subscription you agree that we begin performance straight away; where you have used the service during that period we may deduct a proportionate amount for what you have used.

• Charged after cancelling, or charged twice: full refund, always.
• A fault on our side that materially prevented you from studying: full refund of the affected period.
• Forgot to cancel and have not used the new period: email us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it.
• Refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Email hello@studypie.co.uk from your account address with the date of the charge. We answer in the order messages arrive, within 1–2 UK business days, Monday to Friday. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
