What counts as one PDF generation?

One generation is one source turned into a finished study pack — a set of notes, a chapter, a lecture transcript or a PDF. Everything in that pack (chapters, key concepts, worked examples, formulas, exam tips, glossary, flashcards and recall questions) plus its PDF download is included. Editing and re-downloading a pack you already made never costs another generation.

What files can I import?

Pasted text, PDFs, Word documents, Markdown and plain text, audio recordings for the audio tool, plus YouTube and TikTok links via the summarizers. Longer sources are supported on Whole Pie, up to 60,000 characters.

How accurate is the AI?

StudyPie works only from the source you provide. A planning pass maps every concept in your notes, then an expansion pass writes each chapter and a coverage check makes sure nothing was dropped. The tutor cites the pack it is answering from so you can check the original wording.

How does the AI tutor stay accurate?

Attach a study pack and the tutor answers from that document, quoting the passage it used. Without a pack it still answers study questions, but the citation view is what stops it inventing facts about your own material.

They work from the video's transcript. If a YouTube or TikTok video has no usable transcript, the tool tells you rather than guessing — for those, use Audio to Study Notes or the Video to Text Converter instead.

What happens if I run out of generations?

Nothing breaks and nothing is deleted. New generation pauses until your monthly reset while everything you have already made — packs, PDFs, flashcards and tests — stays fully available. Upgrade at any time for an instant increase, or wait for the reset.

Half Pie is £12 a month and Whole Pie is £22 a month, both billed monthly with a 14-day free trial. No contracts, and you can cancel any time.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Any time, from Billing in your account. Upgrades apply immediately and downgrades take effect at the end of the current period. There are no contracts or cancellation fees.

Prices are shown in GBP and we accept all major debit and credit cards. VAT is added where applicable and shown before you confirm.

Your notes are stored per account, are never used to train models, and are permanently removed when you delete a pack or close your account.

Your account and study material are stored with our cloud infrastructure providers on servers inside the UK/EU, with encryption in transit and at rest.

Can I delete my account and everything in it?

Yes. Deleting your account from Settings removes your packs, decks, tests and chat history permanently. We keep only the billing records UK law requires us to retain.
